because of these two users, I had them blocked by DWG, because of their vandalizing. When I remove the name, I expect some user to restore the real name, not vandals to put name:hy tag

You are too democratic to call this vandalizing. I am preventing vandals from the map, then add name:hy to all the streets on Earth. If you don't add them to every node in the world, you are vandal too.

You better change the name hy tags to its real name. Stepanakert is nowhere valid name in Armenian
