You are changing a lot of residential streets to living streets, and they are not that. living streets are very specific attributes, mostly used in europe. from the docs:
"highway=living_street must represent a special road category indicated by some traffic sign.
If your country has no such traffic signs, you should simply use highway=residential."

There are strict rules about how the name tag should be used. One of the primary rules is that it shouldn't be used if "The feature is unnamed in the real world". These service roads do not have names. The many "SDG&E Service Roads" you've tagged in other changesets also fall under this. Please review name=*

Many of these tagged as tertiary should be service roads. Tertiary is for connecting settlements or minor to major roads. Service roads are used for roads to a specific destination like in this case. highway=tertiary

why did you add way/1483086010 in the middle of a parking lot, and mark the toll lanes as tertiary links?

You added a bunch of non-private cycleways in the private Silver Strand Training complex. Can you fix that?

Can you review this change? "permissive" means open for general public use, but access is not protected by law. Those Mount La Jolla street are littered with "private property" and "no tresspassing" signs and curb painted messages. The access should be "private" IMO.

Upper Hillside is accessible by bicycle. Can you revert this change?

I think these ways have been renamed with a misspelling. Shouldn't it be "US Highway 45 Alternate"? not "Aiternate"

This should be kept as highway:steps. Also, they are not named in the real world and as such the name tag should be removed.
