Because I was there in those days, the statue was not there. I asked and some park-keeper told me that the statue was there only for the presentation to the community, and then moved to the tip of the park.
But actually there is only the basament, because the actual statue was drown in the lake.. it is waiting for restoration.

Hello I was there in august 2020 and I was unable to find it.. The street just went on without any water spring of any kind.. Maybe it was just hidden, sorry for the confusion.
