Sorry, sehe jetzt genauer hin, ist glaube einfach nur eine Einfahrt; dementsprechend habe ich name mal zu loc_name geändert und den name Tag ausgelassen.

Kann bestätigen dass es sich bei der "Säbener Straße" wohl um Wunschdenken eines FC Bayern Fans handelt :D Straße müsste "Zur alten Kapelle" heißen

I recently became aware of is_sidepath and friends, which is increasingly used in Germany and other European countries to annotate sidepaths: osm.wiki/Proposal:Key:is_sidepath

The tags are widely in use, but I didn't spend time thinking about whether they are common practice in Spain as well. Sorry about the confusion.

Maybe bicycle=designated would be a good trade-off?

I wonder why the edit to tag the Promenade as highway=cycleway was reverted. bicycle=yes does not cut it IMO: bicycles are not just allowed on there, the Promenade is key cycling infrastructure.
