This 'percorso ciclabile' should be tagged as cycleway:right=lane (+ oneway=no) on the adjacent pedestrian street 'Via Partenope', not as a separate way. It was overlapping another footway, which I fixed. I also added a lot of missing connections, but there is a lot to be improved here.
