The boundary of Kathmandu Metropolitan City is outdated. The new map of Kathmandu Metropolitan City as based of https://gis.kathmandu.gov.np (the official map from the KMC administration) doesnt match the one currently so its better to change it asap. Look at the map from the website and edit as simple as that .
