Turning loops can be represented by either a highway=turning_loop or by an actual circle of road. I prefer using road geometry (as you did here), but please delete the turning loop node (node/6979964251) when you do this, otherwise you have a turning loop with a turning loop in it.

Hi! I've been reviewing many of your edits and they looks great. For this one, pay attention that addr:street doesn't abbreviate the suffix. I've fixed "High St" to "High Street". Also, no need to leave that single node with only a tourism=hotel tag, since the encompassing building has that information and more.
