which I translated to shop. My manual review wasn't thorough enough to spot the inaccuracy, which I have now corrected in changeset/89103408

This parking lot doesn't have any access restrictions on it. Why do you say 'access=private'? The building (and Eartha) is a tourist destination.

I ask because I am "on the fence." Your point is clear. The opposing point that I'm considering is that every tag adds "weight", data to move, store, and for human eyes to parse any time an edit is made. I'm not concerned with single edits, but I'm working toward making some very large, mechanical-assisted edits on Maine roads. So the impact might be magnified. You're already on my list of people to solicit for feedback once I have a proposal drafted.
