Better to focus on small number of changes in your initial changesets. Some building shapes are odd. Example: way/1242159185 Please fix them. Minor adjustment of position to existing building may not be productive use of your time, as the accuracy and alignment of aerial images may be poor.

It is better for buiding to be separate from other features i.e not sharing nodes. When you are starting to edit, it may be good to focus on small number of edits in a changeset.
