Looks like everything east of 24th (and also south of Target) is plagued by parking lot-itis; all of these should be combined down into fewer lots instead of individual rows.

Is this road Lottie Avenue? There's another road just east of here with the same name. Mapillary imagery dated February 1, 2021 shows this road does not have a street sign, while the other one does, with this name.
