This looks like it might be a bus-only lane, but imagery is too blurry to tell. Can someone verify?

Peppertree Lane needs to be realigned, and many service roads can be added here

It's hard to tell which imagery source is newest, can someone confirm new roads here and name with Tiger layer?

Tiger has several roads named "Public Alley" here. Perhaps these generic names should be removed and replaced with a more appropriate tag?
