Since June 10, there is a new Bus Terminal called "Villanueva" which took over the functions of La Coubre.

It's located in calle Gancedo, entre Línea del Ferrocarril y Villanueva, La Habana Vieja.
I'm not totally sure where that is, so maybe someone else want to add it.
