Only shallow remains of the old way are still visible. On the other side there is no access recognizable. IMHO I would remove the way but leave that decision up to you.

The tagging is wrong. amenity=* and disused=* is the old scheme. It appears that there are shops, kindergartens, schools, libraries all around. I highly doubt that.

This footpath (way/119216469) is not connected to the bike path here anymore, since the bikepath is on an elevated ramp with railings on both sides here.

It now probably connects a few meters to the east, right before the ramp, but it needs checking out.
