Hi FinB2000. This is not about whether the edits are intentional. Firstly the content you removed was based on days of extensive surveying performed by myself and as a courtesy you should have discussed it before removing en masse. Secondly, your edits in my opinion do not reflect the nature of the buildings on the ground. Your response does not seem to engage with this issue at all and I'm concerned you haven't responded to my comments. Ultimately OSM is based on consensus and right now having spoken with the IRC Talk-GB group the response has been that your edit should be reverted. Please appreciate I am not arguing with you, I am merely concerned that you have removed a lot of my hard work without even trying to talk it over.

I'm also incredibly concerned you have made these deletions without consulting me or anyone else.

Hi FinB2000 - are you sure this is a wise edit? All of these structures are separate buildings and while editing the geometry as you've done provides one clean structure, it removes the precision with which units are identified. As some are historic buildings it seems to be it is preferable to keep them individually, and their geometry as of previous edits was not in any way 'wrong'? Furthermore your edits to the bus station seem incorrect as they have removed individual bus lanes. Good practice I've seen elsewhere is to identify bus platforms with each lane.
