Hello Iyan. Thank you for pointing out this classification issue. I changed this way from an existing residential way that paralleled the other road ways. I thought it was best to downgrade its classification but now I realize it would have been better to remove this way completely, as it is a duplicate road as you say and should not be on the map. Thank you for your verification. I will go back and delete it and in the future I will be on the look out for similar duplicate ways in the data.
