Could we rename it as Ueda Castle Park (ja: Ueda Joshi Koen) ? While the Ueda Castle is the main attraction, there are new buildings added to the property due to a boom now in Japan to visit this park. A TV drama "Sanadamaru" on nationwide broadcast NHK TV station is aired for 6 month, and Drama Pavilion as well as eatery/souvenir stands are built. A shrine and a museum have been in the park before the TV drama.
