Does not agree that disused is not widely accepted, and conceptually disused means "not currently available for use" in the OSM wiki.

It is not known whether the current construction work around that slip road would mean temporary closure or complete removal (see last page: https://www.legco.gov.hk/yr17-18/chinese/fc/pwsc/papers/p17-22c.pdf), so I would still mark it as disused for now.

Seems like the conflict merge is not correct for A12. 969C may be due to incorrect entries in the past (?)

I agree that OSM should reflect the current state, but for major changes like this a possible lead time could be tolerated. I don't mean changing these to operational days before, but less than a day would be acceptable.

Since the bridge is not yet open to traffic, it's better to keep the whole thing as a construction instead of making it live.

It is speculated that TM-CLK link is Route 10 as covered road signs on North Lantau Highway is showing the a Route 10 shield for Tuen Mun.

The project is not cancelled but referring to another road. Actually the now Route 11 is the old route 10 from Yuen Long Highway near Lam Tei to North Lantau, via Tsing Lung Bridge.
