New Rugby Club is currently under construction here. Part of the marsh has been 'reclaimed' for it and a proper survey would be useful, but likely won't be possible until construction is finished, whenever that may be.

New roads have been outlined and are visible from the air, however they've not yet been paved and the whole area is still a construction site. Will need updating in the coming months.

Existing industrial estate is being extended here. Some is already built, some currently under construction. There's a new Nissan and Land Rover dealership here, with a new road built to access both of these off the A34 (eastbound access only) - this does not allow access onto Mustang Drive though.
