According to https://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/reverse?format=json&lat=48.27243&lon=12.25775&zoom=18&addressdetails=1 the village "schwindegg" is located in a town called "Landkreis..." - however, a "Landkreis" is not a town but a county. I tried to correct this, but as a rookie user were not able to find this settings in the dataset - and did not know where to look else.
