Can some locals from the Gold Coast put some more detail into everything inside Serenity 4212? There isn't an online source I can find with the current on the ground environment.

Map needs to be modified, was trying to get to a location, after 2km on 4wd off road tracks to be greeted by a private property road. Navigation via osm is dangerous.
