Thanks for the guidance, this section of Rocky lane is Hazardous for Walkers especially. It provides an important link between adjacent footpaths. Whilst the grass verges aren't clearly marked, I hope to indicate the safe areas for walkers to use around these blind bends, where traffic can flow, quickly and without visible warning, throughout the day. In addition there is an arched bridge, which causes high sided vehicles to face oncoming traffic in the centre of the road, while approaching blind bends in both directions. Also pedestrians have no choice but to step into the road, in the most vulnerable accident hotspot. the short red footpath, from the foot bridge to Cape road is currently closed, whilst the Bridleway around on the south side remains open and fully accessible (I hope this helps) I'll add a comment to the Footpath in question, to indicate it's temporary, but ongoing closure.
