Hi, have you checked if the satellite imagery you are using is accurately aligned? You can check alignment by turning on GPS traces, using the Taiwan e-Map Open Data layer, or using data from Strava (osm.wiki/Strava).
For reference, Bing currently has an offset of about (-6, 5) for this area.
