New building in place it’s not an open field or a car park but a residential building called “Braund Mansions”.

This is no longer a car park, this is now a new build block of 4 flats called Vine Court. The address is Vine Court, Green End Road, Hemel Hempstead HP1 1QR.

The Address 254-258 North End Road SW6 1NJ Fulham I believe is being turned into a Lidl supermarket at some point as they have a job listing for this location and the site has been listed as permanently closed as a Co-Operative Food supermarket on Google Maps.
