The map shows two streets called Triq Paderborn. The one between il-Hgejjeg and il-Gifen is Triq il-Hatab (I used to live at #12!).
(I have referred this to Google Maps, but to no avail.)

Lija Parish church, dedicated to the Transfiguration of Our Saviour.
Built between 1694 and 1720 to the design of local architect Giovanni Barbara and later embellished with ceiling murals by Giuzeppe Calì.
