Is there a reason why this is called the "pop-up shop"?

The map view of the mall directory shows both POIs combined as "Roots" (https://www.metropolisatmetrotown.com/directory/)

They share the same retail space (connected together), however there's are two differently labeled entrances (One for roots, one for roots kids)

OshKosh B'gosh and Carter's seems to share the same place/area in the mall, not sure if this should be merged or not

Soft Moc is already in another part of the mall (upper level close to Old Navy), so this is likely outdated (resurvey)

Foot Locker is already in another part of the mall (nearby the food court), so this might be outdated

Next to "aerie" is a store named "OFFLINE by aerie".

It's in-between "aerie" and "American Eagle", so I'm assuming this replaces "Guess".

I have no idea if they're connected together
