The historic Hare and Hounds pub sadly closed down a few years ago. No proposal to convert it to other use or demolish it has yet been accepted and so it is now a closed-down, slightly overgrown pub.

the real layout is symmetrical (the eastern side looks right to me) and the western side looks wrong.

There are traffic signals at the junctions between Wythenshawe Road and the on/off-ramps for both the north and southbound carriageways of Princess Parkway. Current layout looks as if there is a connection only for the southbound carriageway.
