Yea I've seen a few all matching the same edit comment format. Looking at the URL's they all seem to have the same provider of 'Allied Health Media' so at a guess they're likely the ones behind these edits on behalf of the Doctors.

Removing the official hospital website and adding your own, as well as your own opening hours and personal email isn't helpful, and can lead to confusion for genuine patients of other doctors at this hospital.
