On Openstreetmap we usually do not add personal information.
If it is a business, then a name is ok.
The address also seems not filled in correctly. If you don't know the street, district, or or house number, it is better to not fill in anything than to put "1".

The road is in the middle of a dense mangrove on both sides and there are no side roads.
Are you sure there is no mix-up in the location ?

(originally the bike lanes were actually exclusive bordered by a continuous line)
I also want to clarify that the markings on the road have been erased by wear and not because of a decision to remove the bike lanes. So maybe they will be repainted one day.
