why are there 2 columbia's

OSM shows the paved trail along the California Aqueduct as continuing here across Interstate 5. It does not. The bike rider will encounter a fence with barbed wire on the top of it. Should the rider somehow get over the fence, they are then faced with crossing southbound and northbound Interstate 5. I-5 is a busy road, two lanes each way, with 70 mph traffic. Don't even think of trying this. Instead, southeastbound riders backtrack to Blewett Road, then right on S. Koster and right on Gaffery to return to the aqueduct path. (Northwestbound, reverse the directions.)
