Hi, I passed there saturday. It looked like it has been that way since the streets were redone, and was simply incorrectly coded at the time.

There was just a full-on one-way sign for the road that's still open (the opposite one from streetview and satelite), and concrete blocks on the other one. I did not take a picture, and don't remember which side of the road would be more logical to get to the Josse Leemans by bike, though signage probably indicates both are forbidden ...
