Bugger, figured out what it is. If you do an Overpass query on "Tasmania" it uses the island not the state. eg: http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/Dzr

They shouldn't be. I checked against what was in there already. I'll check again tomorrow. It could be that they are outside the bounding box.

Joel: I wouldn't bother. Just don't do any more and if you know when you started deleting them then we'll have to extract from Overpass from just before then.

Joel: I'd wait until we have an actual scheduled import date before removing the existing boundaries. Also if you start removing them now it's going to make it harder to do a stock take of the existing admin boundaries.

Nev: Agreed, I don't know of any QLD cadastral data we have permission to use in OSM.

I have reverted this changeset.

Route through the ACT is based on ACTmapi data (small detour in Bonner where the suggested path takes you through a drain). Horses can't use the Centennial trail as there are locked gates.

Wrong source tag. Should be ACTBlocks.

Please stop importing any more of this data. We only have permission from DoEE to use the CAPAD datasets. We do not have permission to use any of their other data sets. This will have to wait till 2019 when the CAPAD2018 gets released.
