The 'Name' is required because the Windmill icon is not rendered in all the different formats that OSM maps are presented in, by all means call it Avoncroft Windmill if you want to, although personally I like to keep text as concise as possible, as are the other buildings on this site, i.e. Prefab, Granary etc.

I could see evidence of traffic flow on this proposed 'closed' section earlier Today, however I think it is now closed as planned
