This intersection needs to be resurveyed. For starters it's flagged as a dead-ended one way on keepright http://keepright.at/report_map.php?schema=25&error=37080306 also it doesn't look like you should be able to make a left turn from the secondary_link that comes from Canal Street on to Main Street from the aerial imagery but the secondary_link was split on OpenStreetMap so you can do just that
