In diesem Fall war die CH-Community vor Jahren sich mal einig so einzelne Strassenzüge zu taggen, die nicht zur "normalen" PLZ gehören, dies ist ev. nicht mehr noting, dies muss man aber gemeinsam feststellen und nicht einseitig bestimmen.

I've reported the edit to the DWG which may be able to fix things, trying to revert with JOSM results in nearly 800 conflicts which is impractical to handle manually.

@promiseofbirth please do not conflate 2 likely completely unrelated issues.

The issue with this changeset is that you increased the number of relation members from a small number to roughly 21'000 by means of a scripted edit with upload.py

Definitely this issue has nothing at all to do with Vespucci.

In changeset/67093992 the edit doubled the number of members, now this could be an issue with Vespucci or not, it could be related to the large number numbers of member or just as well not, but you haven't opened any issue on github nor have you indicated that any thing went wrong anywhere else. In any case you edited the relation in question three times previously with Vespucci (with the 21'000 members) without issues, so obviously something was different in changeset/67093992

Proper comment should have been source: Gebäudeadressen des Kantons Bern © Amt für Geoinformation des Kantons Bern; description: osm.wiki/Canton_of_Bern_Address_Import; comment: edited city, edited street

Source is the above mentioned cantonal data and ESRI clarity.

A further question, contrary to the description of the import and the instructions, you seem to be deleting existing building outlines instead of updating them. Is that intentional?

Hi, the user you corrected the edits for had also deleted the place node, you should probably restore that too (see node/214228524/history )..

General remark: reverting is simpler to get right (you don't miss stuff so easily) and when you do correct thins you should point that out in a changeset comment to the mapper in question.

There was a small issue with part of your edit, you changed the place node for Freetown in to a hospital. I've undone that change, if the hospital is really there you should create a new node for it and re-add it.
