The road is open but has vehicle restrictions (bikes can go through). The WB bike track is open with an exception of an unpaved section right at the intersection. The pedestrian crosswalk and sidewalks are all open. Will likely be finished soon — need to re-check.

The path is not accessible from this side and might not exist anymore.
