Is this 1 building, or 2? In CRAB, I can only find one house number, please verify

Geopunt Belgium says this building has numbers 39 and 39A, but not the location. A local survey is necessary to add this information and to see which entrance is where.

Geopunt Belgium says these are 2 distinct buildings. Right now it is marked as a single building. Can someone verify this? Also please add the appropriate addresses, the "Kadasterplan" is weird at this location and I don't trust it.
