Then you're more of an expert than I me. I am running every single one of these streets, so I'm not looking to put myself in a situation where I'm on foot somewhere I shouldn't be.

I don't test the gates. If they're down and it says no trespassing I stay away. Not messing with stand your ground laws.

What about La Preserve off SW 20th Street? And if there are no trepassing signs I consider it private. Don't trust people in Florida to know that gated communities were banned.

I changed them because on Seven Isles Drive right off East Las Olas there is a guard shack and a security officer vehicle parked on the road that is monitored 24/7.

So what’s the best way to classify the roads? This data links to a website called citystrides where people try to run every road in a city. So I’m trying to classify the roads somehow so they don’t show up on citystrides as a runnable area.

I do agree with you, however, I can't imagine if I ran up to the gate they would allow me through. Do you think they should be classified as public but no pedestrians allowed? I've only been editing openstreetmap for the past year so any advice would be appreciated.
