This is not an unnamed road, it is a driveway into a parking lot

The city of Richmond removed this section of road on the western side of the railroad tracks from the Richmond Parcel Mapper. It still exists on the ground, and driver utilize it, but it has been removed from the map. Its a dangerous section of road, for it is unmarked and driver often maneuver it in both directions. Drivers traveling from N 7th St. often turn left there into oncoming traffic. Or they end up driving on the railroad tracks in order to make the turn. The FRA has said that this is the 5th most dangerous railroad crossing in the country. There should be no turning allowed here at this intersections. To have to double cross railroad tracks in order to make a turn left or right, is both ridiculous and dangerous. Most of the mapping services do not instruct drivers to turn here anymore.
