Should this servo be 'Condingup'? 'Condininup' looks like a typo to me, but this perhaps needs the attention of someone familiar with the area and/or able to visit.

There is a footpath leading westwards from Falcon Way here-- I'm not sure where it leads to (probably Brookfield Crescent).

The status of the roads in the whole Quintain Wembley Park area needs establishing. Lakeside Way is definitely private. I suspect most of the others are, including Wembley Park Boulevard. It is possible that even Exhibition Way, to the North of the civic centre is private.

One consequence of this is that it is difficult to determine the bicycle access status. For example, there are bicycle stands in the middle of Wembley Park Boulevard, but nothing to confirm that bicycles are allowed on the boulevard. If this were adopted, the assumption would have to be they were not, but if this is private, it is probably just under signed.

There's what looks to be a house under construction at the end of this terrace. Follow-up required to verify and add house no.

I'm told there is a footway here, linking Shaw Sq to Milfield Ave. It does look that way on Bing aerials, but needs a survey to confirm.

Currently routes as one-way for cycling - seems unlikely as it's an LCN route.
