I work as a partnerships associate for the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team (HOT). This involves training new contributors to map for the first time, leading more advanced training sessions as well as coordinating the validation of this work.
My local OSM mapping is focused on Hay-on-Wye and the surrounding areas in Wales, UK.
I first started editing OpenStreetMap in 2015 by taking part in Missing Maps university events in Scotland. I moved to London later that year and have helped coordinate the Missing Maps London events since.
In 2018 I looked to deepen my engagement with the spatial sector and undertook a Masters in Geospatial Analysis at University College London.
