New roads here. No access yet but the road sign u think said Bookseller lane

Drove pass here and some of the new roads have been built but no access yet.

Maybe a separate cycle lane here. My logic is that it is a separate cycle line which is raised (minimal I know). And I think the only way you can denote that the cycle lane is one way.

Thoughts people who map here?
