there is access=agricultural tag without foot tag

maybe it should be changed to
motor_vehicle=agricultural
if it applies only to motor vehicles

or vehicle=agricultural if it is for vehicles in general (it is already marked as accessible to cyclists, bicycle= overrides more general access tags)

maybe access tagging here is just altogether wrong?

As of 1 January 2026, the road is no longer a national road but a municipal/district (lowest level) road - Gemeindestraße and/or Kreisstraße in German. The “former B3” now only carries local traffic and is intended to do so. All through traffic is now routed via the newly built road “B3n”, which runs directly alongside the railway line. This applies along the entire stretch from Steinbach through Sinzheim to Baden-Baden, up to the junction with the B500. The “B3” through Sinzheim no longer exists. Please take note of the routing via B3 new. The map must be updated accordingly so that it is clear which road is now the national road. Road signs have already been changed accordingly. “B3 old” symbols have already been removed.

Xella Porenbeton Zweigstelle Rheinau wurde geschlossen und das Gelände komplett geräumt. Darauf befindliche Gebäude und Fertigungsanlagen wurden alle abgerissen, Betonflächen und Strassen entfernt.
