Is the University Boulevard extension actually under construction? And if so, is it being built as a four-lane thoroughfare as shown?

This location is Bull Run Marina. It is managed by Northern Virginia Parks. It should be included on the map. The marina is accessible to key holders who pay an annual user fee to the Park Authority. The Marina has a boat ramp for small craft, kayaks and canoes. The marina is also used as a livery for local high school crew rowing teams. The marina docks are a popular fishing area accessible only to walk ins via the Occoquan Trail

There is a while new development here called cardinal grove. I live here on Fledgling Circle. Newer imagery might give you an idea of the new roads here.
