The north and south sides of Quaker lane here are separated by a curb and grass island. However in iD the two ways are joined into a common point. But iD will not let me separate the two halves due to them being part of a relation. Since I don't yet grok the 'relation' aspect in iD, I'm adding a note instead of breaking things by trying to make the change with iD.
