Rostrum Drive East is entirely in a military cemetery and should not be listed as public access. Same goes for Portal Drive and Outer Drive and Rostrum Drive West. There is a service member making this clear if you try to enter.

This is all in Baltimore National Cemetery, which seems strange to include as runnable or bike-able on street ferret.

Glen Allen, Swann, and Manordene are not yet accessible to the public. Active construction site.

Past here on Hawkins Point Road is blocked by a fenced with a sign for Maryland Transportation Authority.

Past this point on efficiency way is not accessible. It is both behind a fence and filled with junk cars.
