There are 3 parallel gravel double track sections in this area (the northern of the two are connected at the end and the bottom one loops back on itself), they are passable on food, bike, and in theory a car.

This path is extremely overgrown to the point of non-existence. Mostly 3ft high bushes with no sign of any path through

Hopkins Road now has buffered protected bike lanes along a considerable portion of it, making it 1 car lane in each direction

This track is not present currently, unless very obscured by trees and brush. Ultimately I believe it will be the New Market Trail, but would consider it currently impassible by car bike or foot, unless heavily bushwacking
