I’m fairly new to editing OpenStreetMap. Main interest is in mapping electric power systems, as I’ve seen how useful the tagged features can be, e.g. in OpenInfraMap.

Purpose - hopefully helping a tiny bit in the transition to clean energy systems worldwide.

Comparing networks in different countries - Scotland (where I live) has private companies controlling our networks. Comparable areas of Norway seems to have a much better power network. Is this partly because of municipal and state control?
