Vehicle vs cyclist. I was hit by small truck entering this mobile home park 10/1/2025. I was in bike lane and had blinky rear red light

Pavement is in very bad condition. I complained to SBC PW Roads. 2 issues
1. Guard rail damaged and bent into bike lane. SB PW repaired guard rail
2. Pavement west bound heavily damaged cracked and pot holed causing evasive action by cyclist
