The Witton Bluff Base Trail is now completed and open all the way (between Port Noarlunga Boat Ramp and Beach Road, Christies Beach). It is a shared pedestrian & cycle path.

Cycling is permitted on this path between Seaford Meadows Station and Seaford Road, although it is currently marked on the map as just a footpath.
