Products (SE) Pipe Line Corporation recently completed a construction project (preparation visible on Google street view April 2025) adding some sort of small service area/building surrounded by barbed wire fence around here. Not sure exactly what it is, nor its precise location. Finished site is inaccessible to surveying and fence is barely visible from East Rosemont Avenue. Project does not currently appear on any aerial imagery due to its recency.

Trail clearly leads out of Ivy Hill Cemetery but seems to dead-end near the yard of 646 Oakland Terrace. No visible continuation to Oakland Terrace (even an informal one) despite it being the only viable connection. Timber Branch Channel Wall Reconstruction Project was recently completed in this area as well but this trail was left untouched and there appears to be no future plan for it. Wondering if there's something else going on here or if for some reason it really is as simple as an intended formal dead-end near a yard.
